Managing sales to expand market presence A food distributor is seeking an External Sales Representative in São Paulo (East Zone). N2S Distribuidora specializes in distributing a wide range of products. With a focus on quality and efficiency, it serves a broad customer base in the industry. **Responsibilities:** Conduct prospecting, negotiation, and sales of food products to retail-channel customers (supermarkets, grocery stores, bakeries, delicatessens), aiming to achieve sales targets and increase the company’s market share. Map the market and identify new potential customers within the assigned territory. Conduct daily visits to active and prospective customers according to an established route and/or self-planned schedule. Reactivate inactive customers in the portfolio. Sales and Negotiation Management: Present the company’s product portfolio, highlighting its unique features and benefits. Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, payment conditions, and sales volumes, adhering to the company’s commercial policy. Prepare and formalize commercial proposals and sales orders. Achieve established targets for volume, revenue, product mix, and customer activation. Relationship Management and After-Sales Support: Maintain and strengthen relationships with the customer portfolio to ensure loyalty. Provide customer service and guidance regarding product usage, storage, and promotions. Monitor the end-to-end process (from order placement to delivery) to ensure customer satisfaction. Address any complaints or issues related to sales. Previous experience as a Commercial Representative, Sales Consultant, Sales Promoter, or Sales Agent may indicate suitability for some activities associated with this position. High school diploma required.
