We know that together we will achieve success, so apply now and become part of this great team. **Responsibilities and Duties** ***Your day-to-day at Topaz:*** We are seeking a professional who combines expertise in **statutory accounting, management accounting, data science, and financial analysis**, to support our operations internationally by generating dashboards through managerial reports and unstructured data. The professional will be responsible for **developing and automating financial KPIs**, consolidating data from multiple sources, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the company’s strategic FP&A processes. * Support the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget. * Develop and automate reports in Excel. * Keep the company’s budget planning and control up to date. * Consolidate information and analyze variances in revenue, costs, SG&A expenses, profit, margin, and product mix. * Monitor actual performance against planned targets. * Perform recurring financial forecasts, such as rolling forecasting, based on results and market trends. * Create advanced Excel models (and why not VBA?!), to optimize financial analysis and control. * Support audit processes by preparing documents and reports. * Ensure compliance with IFRS policies and international financial standards. * Review of accounting entries * Monitoring of tax accounts * Consolidation of financial statements and equity method accounting **Requirements and Qualifications** ***What is required to join Topaz?*** * Degree in Accounting with active CRC registration * Knowledge of controlling, financial planning, and annual budget preparation * Experience in accounting consolidation and equity method accounting * Basic knowledge of Power BI (creation, enhancements, and automations) * Advanced Excel skills focused on report automation * VBA proficiency is a highly desirable advantage * Ability to work with large volumes of data and perform complex analyses * Proactive profile with capacity to propose improvements and optimize processes **Additional Information** ***Keep in mind these benefits that will enhance your experience at Topaz!*** **Health and Well-being:** Because we care about our teams, we offer various health plans focused on promoting well-being across the organization. **Personal and Professional Development:** We are constantly evolving.
