Focusing on results and achieving targets **About the company:** Founded in 1984, Almeida Krüger operates with extensive experience in commercial advisory and consulting services for the country’s leading financial institutions, serving as Santander Bank’s external sales force. **Your role will be:** * Conducting 100% active prospecting of new PJ clients for Santander Bank’s products: * PJ Account * Fit Energia (referral) * Integrated Account (Account \+ card machine) * Ensuring clients complete account activation and linkage * Identifying new partnerships * Ensuring excellence in service quality **Prerequisites:** * Minimum 6 months’ experience as an external salesperson, sales executive, portfolio manager, account manager, or in related roles * Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools * Knowledge of the operational region * Availability for travel * Strong communication, negotiation, and sales techniques skills * Experience in prospecting new clients and post-sales support * Focus on results and achieving targets **Compensation:** Fixed salary of R$ 1\.700 for the first 3 months After 90 days: R$ 1\.800 After 1 year: R$ 2\.000 Weekly allowance: R$ 300 (R$ 60 per day) Uncapped commission — the more you produce, the more you earn. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 18:18, with a 1-hour lunch break. **CLT employment regime.** **Benefits:** * Medical and Dental Assistance (100% employee-funded) * Corporate agreements and commercial discounts * Life insurance Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
