Job Summary: Lead eviction operations at Loft’s fintech (Rental Guarantee), focusing on rapid property vacating, optimizing partner experience, and ensuring compliance. Key Highlights: 1. How the **Evictions** team builds Loft: We are seeking a professional to lead eviction operations at Loft’s fintech (Rental Guarantee), with a focus on rapidly vacating properties that have lost their guarantee, meeting SLAs, and optimizing partnerships with real estate agencies. **Challenges you’ll face:** * Lead eviction coordinators and the entire team responsible for executing property vacating; * Directly manage the team (recruitment, onboarding, development, feedback, and performance); * Define and monitor/track operational KPIs, ensuring efficiency; * Develop specific policies and processes for the eviction area; * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations; * Implement continuous improvements through automation, data analysis, adoption of new technologies, etc.; * Interact with key business stakeholders (tenants, real estate agencies, partner law firms, notary offices), maintaining clear communication and alignment of expectations; * Participate in developing and shaping the area’s strategies; * Periodically report results and risks to leadership; **What you need to unlock this opportunity?** * Inspirational leadership and results-oriented management; * Completed undergraduate degree (Law, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields); * Proven experience in eviction/vacating management, collections, or credit recovery—preferably in insurance, rental guarantee, or leasing; * Prior experience leading teams and managing partners (internal or external); * Proficiency in defining and monitoring SLAs/KPIs and operational optimization; * Strong analytical profile (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint; BI tools experience preferred—Power BI, Tableau, Superset); * Strategic mindset, with ability to propose innovative solutions for the delinquency area; * Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders; Desired Competencies: * Data-driven mindset and continuous improvement orientation; * Ability to make agile decisions based on metrics, with strong proactivity; * Balance between results focus and excellence in experience; * Knowledge of the real estate/insurance sector; **Additional Information** Caju – Greater flexibility to use your benefits (Meal, Food, Mobility, Health, Remote Work, Culture, and Education); Health Insurance; Life Insurance; WellHub – Access to gyms across Brazil; Wellz – Mental Health Platform; Parental Leave – for parents; Guapeco – Pet Health Plan with discount; Work – Hybrid – São Paulo or Curitiba
