We have an opening for you to become a Prospera Client Specialist, where you will be hired as a Specialist—the primary subject-matter expert in your area. Your role here will include: Managing the client portfolio and prospecting new micro and small business clients; Conducting in-person visits to our clients; Identifying and acting on potential partnerships; Ensuring client proximity and satisfaction; Preventive collections; Negotiating agreements; Monitoring portfolio delinquency You’ll feel at home with us if you embody: Think Customer – Put the customer first Embrace Change – Drive change Act Now – Act swiftly Move Together – Collaborate effectively Speak Up – Communicate openly For this role, we value: Completed high school or technical education (a university degree is even better!); Experience using Microsoft Office Suite; Strong communication skills; * Experience in microcredit is a plus.
