We’re looking for talent eager to impact the company’s growth through collaborative work—bringing knowledge, asking questions, proactively solving problems, building processes, implementing methodologies, and leaving their mark. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** * Lead delivery from technical teams operating across business scale via product and technology deliveries; * Be responsible for architecture review, ensuring technical initiatives are prioritized and collaborating on the design of new and existing solutions; * Evolve and optimize the development lifecycle (SDLC); * Disseminate and implement best practices within a cohesive, loosely coupled distributed systems ecosystem; * Disseminate and implement best practices within an event-driven ecosystem; * Collaborate with the Group Product Manager or Product Manager to define, plan, and track quarterly objectives and initiatives; * Drive continuous improvement of team workflow efficiency using DORA and Engineering metrics; * Be responsible for the quality, security, operations, and observability of developed solutions—not just software development \- software engineering; * Collaborate with other engineering teams to identify root causes and resolve production issues; * Understand, share, and document processes and workflows—and contribute to knowledge decentralization; * Promote a collaborative, team-oriented work culture; * Contribute to team members’ growth by sharing technology and engineering best practices. Requirements: **What We Look For** * Strong communication skills; * Experience as an Engineering Manager; * Experience with agile practices and delivery management; * Ability to use data and metrics to align team and company goals; * Experience managing multidisciplinary software development teams, acting as a “leader of leaders” for squads; * Relevant experience in planning, developing, and delivering scalable software solutions; * Understanding of solution architecture to ensure high-quality outputs and strong technical capability across solutions and teams. **Nice-to-Have** * Experience with automation practices and defining software quality strategies; * Experience with relational and non-relational databases; * Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Datadog, Google Cloud Logging); * Experience in dynamic, digital environments—especially startups.
