Attention: * Benefits may be subject to change; * Eligibility for certain benefits depends on minimum tenure with the company. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct training sessions for the technical team; * Prepare the monthly nursing team schedule for the vaccination room; * Monitor the performance of the vaccination unit’s nursing team; * Ensure that patient care provided by the team follows standardized, humanized practices and complies with patient safety protocols; * Guarantee that vaccine and supply requisitions are made according to actual needs; * Monitor and ensure proper disposal of healthcare waste generated during vaccination activities by the nursing team. * Perform emergency kit inspection every two months; * Monitor, track, and report, if necessary, cases of Adverse Events Following Immunization (AEFI). * Strategically monitor unit performance indicators; * Manage inventory effectively. * Maintain optimal operation of the vaccination room; * Attend 100% of trainings scheduled by the organization; * Carry out other duties relevant to the position; * Safeguard confidentiality and security of information, complying with information security and data protection policies and regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; * Active COREN registration; * Availability to work on-site and on Saturdays. **Additional Information** Applicant, please note from the time of your application that, in case of approval in the selection process, the following documents will be required for potential hiring: identified and up-to-date vaccination card listing the following vaccines: 2 doses of MMR, Diphtheria-Tetanus (DT), Yellow Fever (YF), 1st, 2nd, and 3rd doses of Hepatitis B, and 1st and 2nd doses of COVID-19; birth or marriage certificate; ID card (RG); CPF; voter registration card; work record book (CTPS); PIS number; proof of minimum educational qualification required for the position; proof of residence including ZIP code; military service certificate or enlistment certificate for males over 18 years old, plus any other position-specific documents. **Notes** * We review applications carefully, attentively, and thoughtfully.
