Be part of a team where your work makes a difference, with opportunities to grow, collaborate, and thrive. ### **Description** * Responsible for delivering flight simulator training and, when required, ground school training, in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and customer expectations. * Deliver simulator/flight instruction for a single type rating to support the issuance of licenses, ratings, and certificates, or deliver theoretical classroom instruction. * Conduct comprehensive, professional, and CAE-compliant simulator briefings and debriefings. * Perform administrative tasks related to training, including: + Completing and maintaining training records + Recommending corrective training when necessary + Monitoring and maintaining personal instructor qualifications * Participate in the development and updating of curricula and courseware when required. ### **Minimum Qualifications** * Valid or previously valid professional pilot license. * Meet minimum qualification and experience requirements to serve as a Flight, Simulator, or Ground School Instructor. * Valid **ANAC** certification. * Advanced proficiency in **English or Spanish**. * Demonstrated ability as an instructor, trainer, and facilitator. * Strong communication and technical training delivery skills. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Instructor qualification or rating issued by a Regulatory Authority. * Prior experience in certified training environments or those adhering to international standards.
