Electrical Maintenance Coordinator | COFCO INTL Responsible for coordinating, organizing, executing, and controlling electrical engineering and construction activities for projects, ensuring compliance with COFCO safety standards, monitoring progress against the pre-established schedule, and verifying that project specifications have been met. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver requirements, specifications, and criteria for the design, installation, and testing of electrical and automation systems aligned with port operations, meeting or exceeding applicable internal and public laws and regulations. Execute, monitor, and review engineering design services, coordinating projects throughout conception, engineering, and construction phases by interfacing with peers from other disciplines and outsourced engineering and construction firms, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Conduct critical analysis of engineering solutions. Coordinate civil execution services related to Terminal projects. Frequently interact with contracted companies, attending meetings and maintaining contact with team leads to discuss technical aspects, required resources, and appropriate timelines. Provide support for equipment specification, prescribing technical specifications in accordance with national and international standards. REQUIREMENTS **Education:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Master’s degree preferred (in progress). **Experience:** Preferably solid experience in coordination, preferably within industrial or port maintenance environments. **Knowledge & Skills:** Microsoft Office – Advanced People management, with focus on development, performance, and team climate. Knowledge of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance concepts; industrial instrumentation and automation; power electronics (step-up substations); sizing and design of power generation, distribution, and transmission systems; and applicable standards for electrical and industrial automation (NRs/NBRs/IEEE/IEC/NEMA); On-site work in Santos (Port), in-person model.
