Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise teams of electricians and assistants * Monitor the execution of residential electrical installations * Ensure quality, productivity, and adherence to deadlines * Read and interpret electrical design drawings * Assign tasks and supervise the team on-site * Control materials and maintain site organization * Ensure compliance with safety regulations Requirements: * Proven experience in residential electrical installations * Experience leading teams * Knowledge of reading electrical design drawings * Proactivity, organization, and strong communication skills Preferred Qualifications: * Experience on medium- or large-scale construction projects * Technical training in the electrical field (e.g., NR-10) We Offer: * Market-competitive salary * Meal allowance / food voucher * Transportation allowance * Opportunity for professional growth Compensation: R$4.000,00 - R$4.200,00 per month Work Location: On-site
