E-commerce Assistant

Description

We are looking for an organized, proactive professional with strong communication skills to work in the E\-commerce area, assisting in the management of online sales platforms and customer service. Main responsibilities: * Customer service via chat, e\-mail, phone, and WhatsApp; * Daily management of platforms: Mercado Livre, Shopee, Magalu, and Tray (own website); * Order processing, label generation, invoice issuance, and XML import; * Freight quotation and tracking with carriers; * Order, pickup, delivery, and platform status monitoring and updates; * Verification and confirmation of payments received on marketplaces; * Product, listing, price, inventory, and image registration and updates; * Listing correction and maintenance across platforms; * Promotional campaign creation and monitoring; * Return, refund, and chargeback control; * Inventory updates and reactivation of inactive listings; * Monthly freight reconciliation and submission of data to Finance; * Competitor monitoring and market analysis; * Support for marketing initiatives and campaigns; * Weekly updates of costs and promotions. Requirements: * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Basic computer literacy and familiarity with marketplace platforms; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Prior experience in E\-commerce is a plus.
