Job Summary: E-commerce Assistant to support sales operations on marketplaces, responsible for product management, order tracking, and post-sales customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Work across multiple marketplace platforms We are seeking an E\-commerce Assistant to support our sales operations on platforms such as Mercado Livre, Amazon, Magalu, Shopee, and others. Reside near Zona Leste/SP **Responsibilities**: List and update products on marketplace platforms; track orders, shipping deadlines, and delivery statuses; provide post\-sales customer support; assist in managing listing reputation and performance; generate shipping labels and invoices; organize order flow in the ERP system; support the marketing team with sales channel data. **Requirements**: Proven experience managing marketplaces; proficiency with internet, sales platforms, and digital customer service; strong organizational skills; attention to detail; and good written communication. **Preferred Qualifications**: Basic knowledge of e\-commerce; familiarity with Bling ERP; understanding of customer service and logistics. **Benefits**: Competitive fixed salary, transportation allowance, opportunities for career growth in e-commerce and digital marketing, and a dynamic environment with continuous learning.
