Dynamic role integrating production and e-commerce **Job Description:** We are seeking a dynamic and organized professional to support the growth of our brand. This is a hybrid role, ideal for individuals who enjoy overseeing the process from final product completion (textile production) to delivery to the end customer (e-commerce). Initially a 1-month position, with potential for permanent employment. **Main Responsibilities:** * **E-commerce:** Manage order entries on our official website and marketplaces; generate shipping labels; provide basic customer service (answering inquiries and tracking orders); and assist in updating online inventory. * **Production:** Support the production flow of satin items (bonnets, scrunchies, and toiletry bags); perform quality inspections on finished pieces. * **Shipping:** Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring packaging reflects the brand’s attention to detail; and organize pickup/posting logistics. * **Marketing:** Assist in capturing simple product photos and videos for social media. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Proficiency with digital tools (smartphones, computers, and sales platforms). * Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual. * Preferably residing in the East Zone (near Itaim Paulista). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic knowledge of Canva or Instagram video editing. * Familiarity with SEO for product descriptions.
