They are responsible for coordinating daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with quality standards and food safety regulations. **Your Impact** 1. Operational Supervision: Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packaging, and shipment of food products. 2. Inventory Planning: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate regular stock counts, and ensure accuracy of inventory records. 3. Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with operational procedures and food safety standards. 4. Food Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to all food safety and hygiene regulations by implementing appropriate practices for food handling, storage, and distribution. 5. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize processes to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs. 6. Quality Management: Ensure the integrity and quality of stored products by implementing rigorous quality controls and monitoring procedures. 7. Supplier and Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure timely and satisfactory deliveries. 8. Equipment Safety and Maintenance: Oversee preventive maintenance of warehouse equipment and implement safety measures to prevent accidents. 9. Invoice Issuance Process Management: Coordinate and ensure efficiency in invoice issuance processes, guaranteeing fiscal and documentary compliance. 10. Vehicle Inventory Management (Full Cut): Plan and manage vehicle inventory activities, fiscal cycle changes, and price list updates. Qualifications: **Who Are We Looking For?** 1. Prior experience in warehouse supervision or operations management, preferably within the food industry. 2. Solid knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene procedures. 3. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams. 4. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 6. Ability to make decisive judgments under pressure. 7. Familiarity with the SAP integrated management system; 8. A bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields is an advantage.
