We seek a hands\-on professional with excellent interpersonal skills and strong results orientation, who works closely with leadership to attract and select talent while delivering a positive, humanized experience to candidates and employees. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct high-volume selection processes; * Align candidate profiles with managers; * Screen resumes and conduct candidate sourcing (hunting); * Conduct individual and group interviews; * Administer and facilitate group dynamics; * Prepare candidate evaluation reports; * Monitor selection process KPIs and deadlines; * Support Human Development and Organizational initiatives; * Participate in onboarding and integration of new employees; * Support training programs, performance evaluations, and internal development activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in high-volume Recruitment \& Selection; * Experience facilitating group dynamics; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Analytical, organized profile with a sense of urgency; * Ability to manage multiple simultaneous demands; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment platforms. **Additional Information** **Preferred Qualifications** -------------------------------- * Experience in HR consulting; * Experience handling operational and administrative roles simultaneously; * Knowledge of competency-based interviews; * Experience with Recruitment \& Selection metrics.
