We have offices in Maringá, São Paulo, and Chicago (USA), but our operations are fully remote—we prefer to call it *anywhere office*. **WHAT WILL THIS PROFESSIONAL DO?** * Migrate on-premises systems to Kubernetes on AWS * Influence and design infrastructure, architecture, standards, and methodologies for large-scale systems * Provide pre-production support services through infrastructure design, software platform development, load testing, capacity planning, and release analysis * Maintain services during deployment and production, measuring and monitoring key performance and service-level indicators—including availability, latency, and overall system integrity * Automate system scalability and continuously improve system resilience, performance, and efficiency **WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?** * Solid knowledge of Kubernetes and application containerization skills * Experience with software developed and/or administered on AWS; experience with AWS networking and routing services such as API Gateway and Load Balancer * Solid understanding of protocols—especially HTTP(S)—and authentication models, among others * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency **WHAT WOULD BE A PLUS?** * Experience in on-premises-to-cloud migration projects * Experience designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems * Experience managing infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation **HIRING PROCESS STEPS:** * Application submission * Cultural fit interview * Technical interview + Live coding * Client interview * Hiring
