Research of materials for the company's asset library About the Company Mutong Group Brasil operates in the tourism project sector, water parks, and amusement parks, offering comprehensive design and equipment solutions for the leisure and entertainment market. With established industry experience, the company is expanding in the Brazilian market and seeks a 3D Modeler to join its design team, working on leisure spaces, children's parks, and commercial environments. Responsibilities Engage with clients to understand project requirements and, based on site characteristics, develop project planning and rendering details; Survey and verify detailed site dimensions, as well as local requirements and constraints; Define and confirm colors, textures, materials, and technical product specifications; Create photorealistic renderings of spaces, performing necessary adjustments and post-production; Review and verify drawing and project quality prior to final delivery; Research and collect reference materials (textures, scenes, furniture) from specialized websites and forums to enrich the company's asset library. Requirements Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Landscape Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or related fields; Proficiency in 3ds Max, AutoCAD, and Photoshop; Strong aesthetic sense, excellent spatial awareness, and mastery of lighting, textures, materials, and element proportions; Solid color control skills and strong spatial abstraction ability; Technical rigor, attention to detail, organization, and strong briefing interpretation capability. Preferred Qualifications: Freehand sketching ability; Familiarity with other rendering software (Corona Renderer, V-Ray, Lumion, etc.).
