**Senior Backend Developer** --------------------------------------- ### **About the Role** We are seeking a **Senior Developer** to design, develop, and evolve modern, distributed, resilient, and scalable applications in a cloud environment. This professional will play a strategic role in technical decisions, serving as a reference for the team and ensuring architectural quality, software engineering best practices, performance, security, and reliability of solutions. We expect someone with systemic thinking, technical maturity, and the ability to positively influence both the team and the product. **Technical Requirements (Mandatory)** -------------------------------------- ### **Backend & Architecture** * Solid experience with **Java (17+)** and **Spring Boot** * Experience with **event-driven architectures and microservices** * Strong hands-on experience with **Kafka** for messaging and asynchronous communication * Experience designing REST APIs (best practices, versioning, security) * Knowledge of architectural patterns (Clean Architecture, SOLID, DDD) ### **Cloud & Infrastructure** * Practical experience with **Azure Cloud** * Proficiency in **Docker** for container creation and maintenance * Experience in orchestrated environments using **Kubernetes** * Experience configuring and automating **CI/CD pipelines** * Experience with observability (logs, metrics, monitoring) ### **Database** * Proficiency in SQL for relational databases (**PostgreSQL, SQL Server**) * Experience in data modeling and query optimization * Experience with performance strategies and tuning ### **Quality & Engineering** * Experience with unit and integration testing * Experience with load and performance testing (JMeter, K6) * Experience with **SonarQube** or other static analysis tools * Experience with **Git** and version control workflows (GitFlow) * Hands-on experience with **GitHub** (pull requests, code reviews, workflows) * Experience with application security (OAuth2, JWT, Azure AD) **Full Stack Requirements (If acting as Full Stack)** ----------------------------------------------------- * Experience with **React** for building modern user interfaces * Frontend-backend integration focused on performance and UX * Knowledge of best practices for componentization and state management **Nice-to-Have** ---------------- * Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, CosmosDB) * Knowledge of automated testing and TDD best practices * Experience serving as a technical reference or mentor for developers **Behavioral Competencies** -------------------------------- * Proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership * Ability to make well-founded technical decisions * Clear communication and technical mentoring skills * Strong analytical capability and ability to solve complex problems * Commitment to quality, organization, and value delivery * Mindset of continuous improvement and technical evolution **Here, we are \#SangueLaranja!** We have been in the market for 17 years, partnering closely with our clients to deliver transformative experiences.
