Job Summary: Develop and maintain scalable backend applications, design APIs and microservices, ensure quality and security, and actively participate in technical decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic use of AI for productivity and efficiency ### **Responsibilities:** * Develop, enhance, and maintain robust and scalable backend applications. * Design APIs, microservices, and complex integrations using Node.js and NestJS. * Ensure quality, performance, security, and scalability. * Actively participate in technical and architectural decisions. * Create automated tests and continuous integration pipelines. * Perform deployments and automation using Azure DevOps. * Support junior developers. * Apply SDD practices in solution development. * Strategically leverage AI to improve productivity, automation, and operational efficiency. * Work maturely within Scrum/Kanban processes and task management via Jira. ### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Solid experience with Node.js and NestJS. * Proficiency in RESTful APIs. * Experience with relational and non-relational databases. * Knowledge of authentication/authorization. * Experience with Docker. * Practical experience with AWS and GCP. * Familiarity with Azure DevOps (pipelines, releases, and CI/CD). * Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and workflow management. * Consistent hands-on experience with Jira. * Experience with automated testing. * Knowledge of microservices and messaging systems. * Practical experience with SDD. * Strong ability to critically use AI tools in development. * Understanding of clean architecture and best practices. * Availability to work in a hybrid model and reside in cities such as São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Joinville, Florianópolis, Porto Alegre, or Belo Horizonte. ### **Desirable Requirements:** * Kubernetes. * Observability and monitoring. * Cloud certifications. * Experience in modernizing processes with AI. * Experience with AI-assisted engineering automation. **We aim to provide our team with a welcoming, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
