Due to our continuous growth, we seek highly committed professionals with experience in regulated and compliance-driven environments, multinational corporations, a strong professional growth mindset, and a robust team spirit. **Responsibilities**: * Develop, evolve, and maintain backend applications using Java and the Spring Framework. * Implement new features and perform enhancements on existing systems. * Develop and consume REST APIs, ensuring quality, performance, and security. * Work with relational databases, performing modeling, queries, and performance optimization. Investigate and resolve issues in development, staging, and production environments. * Participate in technical and functional requirements analysis alongside business units and cross-disciplinary teams. * Ensure delivery quality through automated testing and sound development practices. * Conduct code reviews and contribute to continuous software quality improvement. * Support continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes. Produce and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions. * Work in an agile environment, collaborating with development, architecture, QA, and operations teams. **Technical Requirements** * Experience in Java development. * Knowledge of Spring Framework and Spring Boot. * Experience developing REST APIs. Knowledge of relational databases and SQL. Experience with JPA and Hibernate. Knowledge of automated testing using JUnit. * Experience with code quality tools such as SonarQube. * Knowledge of Git and code versioning practices. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. * Knowledge of sound development practices, clean code, and software design. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. Intermediate English for reading technical documentation and interacting in international environments.
