That was only the beginning of a trajectory that has made us a solid market reference and one of the best companies to work for. **Responsibilities and duties** * Responsible for developing programs to access the database to store and retrieve system information. * Provides data to the Front End for display on the user's screen — whether in a web browser or on a mobile application. * Performs communication with third-party systems via integrations. * Creates server-side tasks and manages the software’s intelligence — i.e., the application engine. **Activities:** * Software implementation through coding, including deployment (deploy) of developed systems into the Bank’s environments; * Maintenance of software coded in legacy technologies, with timely and targeted modifications and interventions aimed at ensuring availability, stability, performance, and alignment with business needs; * API development, customizing integrations; * Documentation of delivered software, prioritizing the simplicity advocated by agile methods; * Test-driven software development (TDD); * Database creation and integration with other applications; * Performance evaluation and monitoring implementation for applications; * Software homologation, controls, and quality assurance (QA) analysis. **Requirements and qualifications** * Familiarity with major programming languages used in backend development; * Proficiency in object-oriented programming paradigms or functional programming paradigms; * Knowledge of API development, customizing integrations; * Proficiency in source code versioning and continuous integration processes; * Proficiency in test-driven software development (TDD) processes; * Database creation and integration with other applications; * Application performance evaluation and optimization; * Knowledge of best practices outlined in the Agile Manifesto and agile methodologies. * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields involving software development, data analysis, agile methodologies, and product development. **Additional information** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Meal allowance or food voucher; * Benefits club with an extensive network of partners; * Childcare allowance — per the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCT); * Remote work allowance; * Wellhub.
