It also promotes digital capabilities and the strategic use of data across the organization. **About the job:** The position will join the new Data unit in a key role focused on Data Availability and Data Governance. The main challenge will be to establish and consolidate the Data function in Brazil, aligned with the Global Data Strategy, and to lead the implementation of the Data function in the country, ensuring that architectures, processes, and information flows comply with local regulations, with special focus on Resolução Conjunta 18\. Key responsibilities Lead the interpretation and application of local data and regulatory reporting regulations, ensuring their proper incorporation into data governance, architecture, and management models Lead the establishment of the Data function in Brazil with strict regulatory compliance Ensure data availability and quality to accelerate strategic initiatives Guarantee operational robustness of information flows (continuity, quality, and control) Define and operationalize Data Governance standards, controls, and models aligned with regulatory requirements and global guidelines Drive traceability, ownership, and consistency of information throughout the data lifecycle **Skills:** Data Governance, Data Management, Data Quality, Data Reporting
