Ensure data governance and integrity for the Indicator Tree. * Pipelines and Integrations: Build and maintain data ingestion and transformation pipelines (ETL/ELT) sourced from all critical systems (Zoho, Oracle OCI, product databases, ERP, etc.). Automate updates and ensure load performance and reliability. * Indicator Modeling and Calculation: Translate business rules and strategic metrics into consistent data models and calculations. Create and maintain corporate KPI marts/layers (MRR, NRR, CAC, LTV, churn, CX, cloud consumption, etc.). * Analytical Support and Dashboards: Ensure corporate dashboards (FP&A, BUs, Growth, CX, Controllership, Product) consistently use a single, reliable data source. * Correct and evolve indicators as business rules change. * Advanced FP&A Support: Assist in building analytical and predictive models (forecasts, sensitivity analysis, cohort analysis, Monte Carlo simulations). Provide robust data structures for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. * Technical Leadership and Best Practices: Serve as a technical reference for data engineering and analytics.
