**Senior Data Analyst – Data Core.**
**About the Challenge.**
This role is for someone who has already moved beyond simply “doing analyses” and wants to **build an organization’s analytical capability**. At **BMP Digital**, the **Senior Data Analyst** is not merely the most technically experienced professional — they help define **how the company thinks with data**. You will work **cross-functionally across tribes**, connecting complex business questions to **rigorous analytical methodologies**, elevating the standard of decision-making, and serving as a reference for the entire data team. Here, seniority means **real influence, technical judgment, and accountability for the impact of analyses**.
**Summary of Responsibilities.**
* Lead **high-impact strategic analyses**, such as BaaS product pricing, customer profitability, operational efficiency, and portfolio expansion;
* Define **methodologies, key metrics, and analytical frameworks** that serve as reference standards for the entire data team;
* Collaborate directly with the **CTO, CFO, and Product Leaders**, structuring analytical theses that support critical business decisions;
* Conduct **credit risk, delinquency, and portfolio concentration analyses**, applying statistical rigor and clear interpretation;
* Ensure **data definition quality, consistency, and alignment**, serving as the final authority in discussions regarding metrics and official figures;
* Mentor mid-level analysts, **review critical analyses**, and continuously elevate the team’s technical and narrative standards;
* Build **lightweight predictive models** to support decision-making, applying applied statistics when appropriate for the business problem.
**Technical Requirements.**
* **Experience** in data analysis, with **substantial hands-on experience in a senior or technical role**;
* Advanced **SQL** and fluent **Python** for analysis, automation, and modeling;
* Experience in **business-applied statistical modeling**, including regression, time series, segmentation, and hypothesis testing;
* Ability to **structure complex analytical problems** from open-ended and ambiguous questions;
* Strong **executive communication skills**, presenting analyses to leadership with clarity, confidence, and technical rigor;
* A leadership-by-example profile: you set standards because you operate at the same level of rigor and expectation.
**Preferred Qualifications.**
* Analytical experience in **credit, risk, or regulated financial products**;
* Knowledge of **portfolio modeling, scoring, or delinquency analysis**;
* Prior experience at a **SCD, digital bank, credit fintech, or IP holding its own ISPB**;
* Experience with **dbt, data catalog**, or **data governance initiatives**, in an analyst capacity.

* Schedule: **Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM**.
