Job Summary: We are seeking an independent and proactive Data Analyst to manipulate and analyze data, providing direct support to business and data science teams, efficiently exploring and transforming data. Collaborative work in a multidisciplinary team We seek a Data Analyst who works independently and proactively, with autonomy to manipulate and analyze data, providing direct support to business and data science teams. We are looking for someone who goes beyond traditional BI and is capable of efficiently exploring, transforming, and delivering data. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manipulate and analyze data to generate actionable insights. * Develop complex SQL queries and optimize existing queries. * Use **Pandas DataFrames** and other tools to prepare and transform data. * Create clear visualizations and reports to support strategic decisions. * Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business areas. * Work autonomously to identify problems and propose improvement solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Technical Requirements:** * **Advanced SQL knowledge** for manipulating and querying large volumes of data. * Experience with **data manipulation using Python**, especially **Pandas**. * Experience with visualization or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is desirable but not the primary focus. * Ability to structure data and deliver analyses without relying exclusively on off-the-shelf tools. **Desired Profile:** * A **self-motivated, curious, and proactive professional**, who goes beyond ready-made dashboards. * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team. * Fluent English **Additional Information** **Here we are \#SangueLaranja!** We have been in the market for 17 years, standing side by side with our clients, delivering transformative experiences.
