Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing operations and ensuring service quality in a high-volume industrial food service unit, leading a team and maintaining service standards. Team leadership and inventory control Work Schedule: 6x1 (weekend days off – either Saturday or Sunday) On-site work at a high-volume industrial food service unit, responsible for operational management and service quality assurance. Main Responsibilities: Manage a team of approximately 8 employees Ensure production and distribution of approximately 820 meals/day Monitor and ensure meal quality standards Control unit inventory and supplies Organize and supervise workstations Ensure smooth operations and customer service Requirements: Completed undergraduate degree (preferably in Nutrition, Gastronomy, Business Administration, or related fields) Experience in kitchen or collective food service management Experience handling high-volume meal production Leadership profile, organizational skills, and strong sense of responsibility Salary: R$3.273,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
