Opportunity for growth in party/wedding fashion Customer Service Assistant – (Tatuapé) We are looking for a proactive, communicative, and customer-service-oriented individual to join our fitting studio, where clients try on their dresses with the seamstress. On a daily basis, you will accompany every stage of the client's experience—providing support during fittings, organizing garments, ensuring everything is impeccable for each appointment, and delivering in-person and WhatsApp-based customer service. This position also involves working with performance goals, so focus, agility, and strong willingness to learn are essential. Responsibilities: – Greet and assist clients during fittings – Support the seamstress and assist clients in selecting and exchanging garments – Maintain organization within the fitting studio – Provide pre-sale and support customer service – Work toward targets and focus on converting interactions into sales Requirements: – Be proactive and communicative – Enjoy customer-facing service – Be organized and detail-oriented – Adapt easily to new processes and routines – Be available for in-person work in Tatuapé If you love party/wedding fashion, thrive in a dynamic environment, and want to grow with us, this is your opportunity.
