**Customer Service Assistant**
Work location: Indaiatuba/SP
Work model: On-site
Company: CPFL Atende – A company of the CPFL Energia Group.
**Prerequisites:**
* Completed high school education;
* Availability to work 100% on-site in Indaiatuba/SP;
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office;
* Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 16:12.
**Your daily responsibilities:**
* Conduct customer prospecting and service via telephone and digital channels, identifying potential customers that result in lead qualification (a business opportunity where contact information has been provided, seeking follow-up and/or product offering), as well as controlling and internalizing registration data of qualified leads according to business-defined rules.
* Prospect new customers.
* Provide prompt customer service via telephone, email, and other digital channels.
* Control and process requests in provided systems and register potential customers.
* Monitor generated LEADs (a business opportunity where contact information has been provided, seeking follow-up and/or product offering).
* Monitor and ensure registration of new potential customers.
* Ensure productivity in lead qualification.
