The **Cotton** team is responsible for front-office activities within the **Customer Experience** team, supporting Ocean, BKS, and Landside services. The role requires daily interaction with internal and external stakeholders, as well as direct contact with customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Phone support. * Customer interaction via case management. * Allocation management. * Management of maritime and Landside transportation plans. * Support for BKS customers, performing 100% of booking issuance and amendment activities. **We Are Looking For:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, International Relations, or related fields; * Customer service experience, preferably in the logistics sector; * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) and a strong team-oriented mindset; * Problem-solving abilities, self-management, and time organization skills; * Advanced English proficiency; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
