




Job Summary: The Corporate Assistant will be responsible for executing company incorporation, amendment, and dissolution procedures; preparing corporate documents; and providing customer support. The company is seeking a Corporate Assistant in Maranguape. **Responsibilities:** Execute company incorporation, amendment, and dissolution procedures. Prepare and file corporate documents (e.g., bylaws, amendments, termination agreements). Perform registrations and updates with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service, Commercial Registry, Municipalities, and other relevant agencies. Monitor and manage deadlines and requirements related to corporate procedures. Provide support and clarification to customers regarding corporate matters. Maintain organized and up-to-date corporate files and documents. Support the accounting and tax teams on matters related to the corporate area. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Compliance Assistant, Registration Assistant, or Legal Assistant may indicate suitability for some activities of this position.
