More than 30,000 organizations already rely on us to verify the identities of people and things, grant access to digital services, analyze vast quantities of information and encrypt data to make the connected world more secure.**Controller** This position is in the **hybrid** model at our **Alphaville** unit. **Summary** Responsible for controlling, monitoring, and analyzing manufacturing costs and their variances (versus standard cost), enabling pricing decisions, profitability analysis per product line, and supporting overall management decision-making. Responsible for preparing the budget and monitoring plant performance against budget, managing the local cost team, and supporting site strategy. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain the internal control system by implementing and maintaining manuals for administrative and financial procedures; * Ensure the quality of the company's financial information by implementing accounting, financial management, and reporting systems compliant with group requirements and policies; * Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs and cost change drivers by implementing standard costing and weighted average costing systems; * Optimize the company's financial results through cost center budget expense control and joint corrective actions with other managers; * Contribute to commercial and business operational planning and objectives by supporting investment analysis, new project and process implementation, and commercial pricing; * Ensure all activities comply with current tax, fiscal, administrative, and accounting legislation; * Perform FP&A activities: Forecast, Manex, Capex, and variance explanations; * Manage the local site cost team. **Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree (Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields). * Advanced English proficiency. * Knowledge of corporate and management accounting, and IFRS reporting. * Experience in production/manufacturing processes.
