Job Summary: Manage the execution and profitability of maintenance service contracts, lead multidisciplinary teams, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on cost optimization and customer satisfaction **Responsibilities:** * Manage the execution of maintenance service contracts. * Ensure compliance with agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and contractual scope with the client. * Plan and monitor operational activities, ensuring efficiency, technical quality, and adherence to deadlines. * Resolve operational and technical issues in collaboration with field teams. * Lead multidisciplinary teams. * Manage the contract's financial performance, ensuring profitability and control of operational costs. * Monitor budget, operational expenses, material consumption, and operational productivity. * Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency gains. * Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and the client. * Ensure high customer satisfaction and strengthen commercial partnerships. * Identify opportunities to expand scope and introduce new services. * Monitor operational, financial, safety, and quality indicators. * Promote a safety culture across operations. * Support initiatives for operational transformation and digitalization of maintenance. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Production or related fields)**, Business Administration, or related disciplines. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in **Project Management, Industrial Management, or Business Management** is desirable. * Experience in **maintenance contract management.** * Experience in **managing multidisciplinary operational teams.** **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages that value the well-being and satisfaction of our employees.
