Work on projects related to topics such as: * Operations planning (S\&OP, demand planning, inventory and assortment planning) * Optimization of operational processes * Design and improvement of industrial or logistics operations * Operational governance and management models Main Responsibilities: * Collection, organization, and analysis of operational, logistics, and distribution network data; * Development of analyses, models, and decision-support materials; * Participation in client meetings, technical visits, and results presentations; * Support in structuring recommendations and implementation plans; * Preparation of executive presentations, reports, and analytical tools for projects; * Contribution to the development of Andersen's methodologies, materials, and technical content. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in consulting, projects, or analytical/strategic Supply Chain areas; * Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and manipulation; * Strong ability to structure PowerPoint presentations; * Knowledge of operations planning or logistics operations; * Experience in process analysis, identification of operational bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities; * Experience in analyzing operational KPIs and supporting data-driven decision-making; * Basic financial knowledge; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Willingness to travel domestically.
