Job Summary: Provide customer service and follow-up, conduct consultative sales, and offer support throughout the entire commercial process at a company specializing in marble and cladding materials. Support for consultative sales and after-sales Provide customer service and follow-up, conduct consultative sales, and offer support throughout the entire commercial process. A company specializing in marble, granite, quartz, porcelain tiles, and domestic and imported cladding materials, offering solutions for residential and commercial projects with a focus on quality, sophistication, and excellence in customer service. Responsibilities: * Serve customers and understand their needs to recommend ideal materials; * Conduct client prospecting and follow-up; * Prepare quotations and negotiate prices; * Record and track orders through delivery and installation; * Support measurements and technical site visits; * Assist in creating drawings using SketchUp; * Maintain customer relationships and ensure satisfaction during after-sales; * Support promotional activities for products and services. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Minimum 1 year of sales experience; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Basic knowledge of Excel; * Dynamic, organized, proactive profile with a results-oriented mindset; * Preferred: Experience in civil construction, architecture, engineering, or related fields.
