In this role, you will lead high-impact initiatives, supporting clients in evolving operational models, digital journeys, governance, analytical capabilities, and business outcomes. We seek an executive profile with strong business acumen, experience in the financial services industry, and the ability to connect strategy, technology, and data to deliver measurable results. **What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:** * Lead strategic consulting and transformation projects, ensuring excellence in delivery, scope management, and executive client relationship management. * Develop diagnostics, recommendations, and action plans for critical business, risk, operations, data, and technology topics. * Provide recommendations on collections strategy, portfolio segmentation, escalation frameworks, renegotiation, recovery, digital channels, partner management, operational efficiency, and NPL governance. * Support collections intelligence models—including prioritization, delay-band-specific strategies, discount policies, payment propensity, next-best-action, and performance monitoring. * Track KPIs such as delinquency rate, aging, roll rate, cure rate, recovery rate, net recovery, cost per recovery, channel efficiency, contact rate, promise-to-pay, and broken promises. * Integrate business vision, technology, data, and artificial intelligence to support strategic decision-making and accelerate value creation. * Manage cross-functional teams, guiding consultants and analysts in developing analytical insights and executive narratives. * Coordinate schedules, risks, dependencies, and delivery quality—proactively resolving deviations. * Support proposals, RFPs, account expansion, and strategic client relationships. * Contribute to Accenture’s methodologies, assets, and approaches. **What We’re Looking for in the Person Joining Our Team:** * Proven experience in consulting, business transformation, or leadership roles within financial institutions. * Ability to lead executive-level conversations, structure complex problems, and communicate recommendations clearly. * Knowledge of the collections and recovery lifecycle—including delinquency onset, collections escalation frameworks, segmentation, renegotiation, settlement agreements, amicable collections, judicial collections, recovery, provisioning, and loss management. * Business-oriented understanding of collections operations, customer experience, digital channels, operational efficiency, partner management, delinquent portfolio governance, and AI applications in credit recovery. * Fluency in the interface among business, technology, data, risk, compliance, and operations. * Experience managing complex, multi-track projects and high-performing teams. * Business-oriented understanding of operational efficiency, customer experience, digital transformation, and AI applications in financial services. * Advanced English for meetings, executive presentations, and global interactions. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Law, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Technology, or related fields.
