Ensuring site organization and safety ***OPPORTUNITY \| CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN*** We are seeking a committed professional with experience in civil construction and leadership skills to work as a *Construction Foreman*. ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Direct supervision of work fronts; * Assignment and monitoring of team activities; * Control of productivity and quality of executed services; * Support in planning and adherence to the construction schedule; * Ensuring site organization and safety. ***Requirements:*** * Proven experience as a Construction Foreman; * Knowledge of civil construction and ability to read project drawings; * Experience leading teams; * Knowledge of occupational safety; * Organization, responsibility, and strong communication skills; * Availability for on-site work. ***Preferred Qualifications:*** * Courses in civil construction; * Experience in medium- or large-scale construction projects; * Knowledge of construction planning and control. Minimum Education: Elementary School (1st level)
