Job Summary: Professional responsible for ensuring efficient execution of the procurement process, guaranteeing continuous supply of inputs and effective negotiation with suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. Experience negotiating prices and delivery timelines with suppliers 2. Handling problem resolution related to purchase orders and logistics 3. Direct interface with production, procurement, and finance departments Ensure efficient execution of the company's procurement process, guaranteeing continuous supply of inputs, adherence to delivery deadlines, and appropriate negotiation with suppliers. **Key Responsibilities** ➢ Issue quotations and procure materials according to departmental requirements ➢ Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and commercial terms with suppliers ➢ Monitor purchase orders from request through final delivery ➢ Ensure compliance with agreed-upon supplier deadlines ➢ Update and maintain records in spreadsheets and internal systems ➢ Validate purchase orders against technical specifications and operational requirements ➢ Support minimum stock control by signaling replenishment needs ➢ Organize and maintain an updated supplier database ➢ Resolve issues related to purchase orders (delays, discrepancies, shortages) ➢ Maintain direct interface with production, procurement, and finance departments. **Prior procurement experience** (preferably in manufacturing or civil construction) ➢ Experience negotiating with suppliers ➢ Basic/intermediate Excel knowledge (spreadsheet control and updates) ➢ Experience with ERP systems is considered a plus **Bachelor's degree completed or in progress** in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields Compensation: R$2.800,00 \- R$3.200,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
