Key responsibilities: * Manage and serve the customer portfolio; * Commercial service focused on bookstores and distributors; * Develop commercial initiatives; * Negotiate and monitor sales; * Strategic customer relationship management; * Analyze performance results and growth opportunities; * Participate in events and commercial visits. Requirements: * Experience in commercial/sales area; * Strong communication and negotiation skills; * Organizational ability and analytical mindset; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Willingness to travel; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree is a plus.
