About the Opportunity Portal Vale Seguros e Consórcios, an insurance brokerage with over 17 years of market experience, is seeking an intern to support the commercial department in insurance sales. The intern will learn about customer service, prospecting, sales routines, and commercial process organization, working alongside the team to develop essential skills for the insurance market. Main Responsibilities * Support customer service and lead qualification using leads provided by the company; * Assist in active prospecting to expand the customer portfolio; * Support the sales process, from initial contact through to closing; * Record information and interactions in the company's CRM; * Follow internal procedures, scripts, and the sales playbook; * Assist with administrative tasks in the commercial department. Requirements * Currently enrolled in high school, technical school, or university; * Strong communication skills and ease in interacting with people; * Interest in learning about sales and the insurance market; * Organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
