Commercial Assistant PG PACK AJS EMBALAGENS PG PACK AJS EMBALAGENS is hiring a Commercial Assistant to join our team! We are looking for an organized, communicative, and proactive professional who wishes to grow alongside the company and contribute to excellence in serving our customers. Main Responsibilities * Monitor customer orders, ensuring delivery deadlines and commercial terms; * Conduct active and passive prospecting of customers and leads; * Prepare quotations and commercial proposals; * Update customer records and information in the ERP system; * Provide initial support and clarifications to customers and representatives; * Organize documents and records of the commercial area; * Support client portfolio maintenance through follow\-ups and periodic contacts; * Assist the commercial team with administrative and operational routines. Requirements * Completed high school education; * Preferred: pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Experience in the commercial area; * Knowledge of commercial processes and sales flow; * Basic knowledge of ERP systems and commercial tools; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organization, attention to detail, and proactivity; * Ability to build interpersonal relationships.
