Job Summary: Support Confrapag's commercial activities by assisting licensees and customers from onboarding through to their first transactions, aiming for sustainable growth and strengthened commercial relationships. Key Highlights: 1. Risk and compliance analysis of registrations 2. Monitoring of activations and post-sales follow-up 3. Interaction with internal departments and suggestion of commercial strategies Support Confrapag's commercial activities, ensuring licensee and customer follow-up from onboarding through to the completion of their first transactions, thereby contributing to the company's sustainable growth and strengthened commercial relationships. * Conduct risk analysis for licensees and customers, ensuring registration security and compliance. * Monitor CAF and biometric processes, ensuring proper validation and approval. * Track activation and onboarding progress until the customer's first transaction, guaranteeing efficient process completion. * Monitor licensees' career development plans, identifying advancements and recognition opportunities, conducting congratulatory outreach, and verifying markup. * Inform licensees about Confrapag events, live streams, and broadcasts, encouraging engagement and participation. * Support sales execution and contract formalization, ensuring smooth commercial processes. * Conduct post\-sales follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying improvement opportunities. * Interact with internal company departments (e.g., support, registration, finance, marketing) to ensure comprehensive handling of commercial requirements. * Suggest commercial policies and strategies based on market insights and licensee feedback. * Safeguard company assets. * Support management by reporting issues and irregularities related to the area of operation. * Attend trainings and meetings as scheduled by the company.
