Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for prospecting, lead qualification, and closing sales, monitoring targets and adjusting outreach strategies. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in lead prospecting and qualification **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed high school education (ongoing undergraduate studies are a plus); * Prior experience in sales; * Proficiency in performing SDR and Closer roles; * Intermediate Office suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Familiarity with CRM systems and prospecting techniques. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Prospect clients via telephone, email, and social media; * Qualify leads and identify business opportunities; * Schedule meetings and present commercial proposals; * Negotiate terms and ensure proposal closure; * Update and track the sales pipeline in the CRM; * Monitor targets and adjust outreach strategies. **BENEFITS / ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** * **Salary**: BRL 1,816.18 + commission. * **Benefits**: Transportation allowance or fuel allowance, meal voucher, health insurance, and dental insurance. * **Working Hours**: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. * **Work Location**: Eusébio/CE Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: Starting at BRL 1,816.18 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
