Job Summary: The Commercial Analyst will control sales, organize documentation, contact customers, input data into systems, support sales representatives and marketing, issue invoices, and assist with postal service processes. Invoice issuance and logistics processes Company: Confidential Location: Veleiros neighborhood in SP (South Zone) Position: Commercial Analyst Compensation: R$4500 Benefits: Transportation Allowance \+ Meal Voucher of R$ 800.00 \+ Health Insurance Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 (Friday until 17:00) Contract Duration: Indefinite Employment Type: CLT ON-SITE POSITION **Responsibilities:** Monitor sales through the company's internal system; Organize sales documentation and processes; Contact customers when essential information is missing; Input customer information—including CNPJ, address, and contact details—into the system to enable order billing; Assist in preparing managerial reports.; Provide customer support regarding product-related questions and concerns, as needed, and make appropriate referrals; Occasionally support sales representatives with daily tasks. Issue invoices, bank slips, and related documents. Send samples, print labels, and manage all postal service procedures. Support the Marketing department by organizing data, social media content, events, and campaigns; proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Corel, Canva, etc., is desirable. Requirements: Completed undergraduate degree; Experience in administrative routines, sales, and marketing; Advanced Microsoft Office suite proficiency Easy access to the South Zone of São Paulo. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Corel, Canva, etc., is desirable.
