At CPFL, you will find a solid environment to grow with confidence, security to advance, and space to build a purposeful future. **COI Operator Jr \- Affirmative Action Position for Persons with Disabilities (PcD)** Where you will work: Campinas/SP Work model: On-site Company: CPFL Renováveis – A company of the CPFL Energia Group. **Prerequisites:** * Completed technical course in Electrotechnics, Electronics, Electromechanics, Automation Control, or related fields; * Active registration with the CFT (Federal Council of Technology); * Experience in remote operation of power plants and/or Control Centers – COI (Generation) / COG / COT (Transmission Operation Center), COS; * Preferred experience in local operations at hydroelectric plants (PCH/UHE) or wind farms; * Availability to work on a rotating shift schedule (6x4 \- 07:00/15:00/23:00 rotating shifts) in Campinas/SP. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Monitor generation/transmission facilities via Digital Supervisory and Control Systems, ensuring normal operation of substation equipment, circuits, generators, reservoirs, and telecommunications resources, issuing real-time reports; * Carry out planned activities, handle incidents, and continuously challenge production plans to ensure constant improvement, guaranteeing safe and optimized operations focused on results throughout an asset’s lifecycle; * Coordinate with sector agents (ONS, CHESF, and other Distribution/Transmission/Generation agents) to exchange relevant information, following network procedures and ONS routines, as well as operational agreements signed with such agents; * Conduct scheduled equipment de-energization/normalization maneuvers; * Respond to contingency situations to restore missing components or services using previously established operational routines; * Dispatch field teams for emergency responses; * Ensure maximum system availability and optimize generation levels, meeting grid requirements and demands from the National Electric System Operator (ONS) for active/reactive power dispatch; * Maintain operational records using the maintenance management system; * Perform duties in compliance with CPFL Renováveis’ Integrated Management System policies, procedures, emergency plans, and work instructions, while adhering to applicable legislation. **What we offer:** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Allowance; * Food Allowance; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave; * Childcare Assistance (subject to eligibility criteria); * Life Insurance; * Profit Sharing Program (PLR); * Wellhub; * “Fale Comigo” Program (free, confidential telephone-based support for psychological, legal, financial, and social assistance). **Learn more about us:** We operate in Brazil’s electric power sector and have a solid history since 1912, contributing to the development of cities and states we serve through solutions in **power generation, transmission, distribution, energy trading, and service provision**.
