Focus on precision and final product quality **Job Description: CNC Operator** If you are seeking an opportunity to enter the CNC machining field and grow within an expanding industry, Grupo THMV is scaling up its facility in Cravinhos/SP and recruiting new talent for its Machining team. **Responsibilities:** * **Machining:** Perform machining of parts on CNC lathes using ferrous and non-ferrous materials, ensuring precision and final product quality. * **Programming and Adjustments:** Modify CNC programs to correct deficiencies and faults identified during the machining process. * **Drawing Interpretation:** Analyze manufacturing orders and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of product specifications. * **Measuring Instruments:** Use appropriate measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances of machined parts, ensuring compliance with quality standards. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Preferred: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * No prior experience required – internal training provided. **Technical Competencies:** * Reading and interpretation of technical drawings (preferred). * Knowledge of measuring instruments (preferred). **Behavioral Competencies:** * Manual dexterity and agility. * Attention to detail. * Organization. * Teamwork capability.
