




Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven and ambitious Closer to join our high-performance Sales team, responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cycle and converting opportunities into customers. About the Role We seek a Closer with a strong results orientation and ambition to join Growth Machine’s high-performance Sales team. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cycle—receiving qualified leads from the SDR team and converting opportunities into customers. Your mission is to deeply diagnose customer challenges, present our solutions in a consultative manner, and close contracts focused on value, ROI, and sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities * Conduct consultative diagnostic meetings and product demonstrations with qualified leads. * Develop commercial proposals aligned with the diagnostic analysis, emphasizing value and return on investment. * Manage the sales pipeline autonomously, ensuring accurate forecasting. * Execute strategic follow-ups to advance opportunities through the funnel. * Lead complex negotiations with C-level decision-makers. * Close contracts and achieve (or exceed) individual and collective sales targets (MRR/ARR). * Maintain the CRM (HubSpot) rigorously updated with all interactions and opportunity statuses. * Collaborate closely with SDRs, Customer Success (CS), and Sales Management to advance the funnel and improve outcomes.
