Responsibilities include handling qualified leads. * Conduct closing meetings via phone, WhatsApp, or video call * Understand the client's financial situation and present negotiation solutions * Overcome objections and guide the client to closure * Record information in the CRM * Monitor conversion metrics and targets ✅ **Requirements** * Prior experience as a closer or high-conversion salesperson * Strong negotiation and closing skills * Excellent communication and active listening abilities * Organization and discipline to work with targets * Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools Employment Type: Full-time CLT, Freelance / PJ Compensation: R$2.000,00 - R$5.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
