You will operate consultatively and strategically, combining advanced sales techniques with deep product/service knowledge and strong closing skills to achieve defined commercial targets. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct sales meetings with qualified leads and prospects, applying advanced commercial outreach and sales techniques. * Present solutions consultatively, aligning benefits with each customer’s specific needs. * Demonstrate exceptional negotiation ability, objection handling, and end-to-end deal management through to closure. * Develop customized commercial proposals and guide customers toward purchase decisions. * Maintain an updated CRM with interaction history, negotiation status, and regular follow\-ups. * Collaborate closely with the pre\-sales (SDR/BDR), marketing, and other departments to optimize the commercial pipeline. * Monitor performance metrics and pipeline health to ensure achievement of commercial department goals. **Requirements** **Mandatory:** * Proven sales experience with a strong focus on closing deals. * Solid experience closing sales via calls or virtual meetings. * Mastery of consultative selling and negotiation techniques. * Proficiency in **CRM** and pipeline management tools. * High proactivity, strong teamwork orientation, and results-driven mindset with challenging targets. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in B2B sales or complex solution sales. * Track record of exceeding targets and high performance against quarterly/monthly goals.
