Job Summary: We are seeking a persuasive and consultative Commercial Closer to lead meetings with vehicle dealerships, present solutions, and close strategic partnerships in the automotive sector. We seek someone who steps in after pre\-sales to **lead meetings with vehicle dealerships**, present our solutions, and **close strategic partnerships**. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Conducting online or in\-person meetings with dealerships referred by the SDR team * Diagnosing customer pain points and opportunities * Consultatively presenting Infinity’s services (paid traffic, pre\-sales, auto shows, videos, etc.) * Preparing and sending commercial proposals * Negotiating terms, overcoming objections, and **closing contracts** * Updating the CRM with negotiation status * Achieving monthly closing and revenue generation targets **Requirements:** * Proven experience in consultative sales (B2B or services) * Clear communication, active listening, and strategic thinking * Strong negotiation and closing ability * Organizational skills and proficiency with tools such as CRM, Google Meet, WhatsApp Business * Automotive market or agency knowledge is preferred **What we offer:** * Base salary \+ **attractive commission per closed contract** * Bonus for achieving targets * Training including scripts, pitch, and comprehensive playbook * SDR team generating qualified leads * Real opportunity for growth (coordination or commercial expansion) Preference for candidates based in **Brasília/DF** Immediate start Job type: Full\-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$1\.518,00 \- R$9\.060,47 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On\-site
