Organize the school environment, keeping classrooms, toys, and materials clean, safe, and orderly throughout the day. Assist in distributing and supervising children's meals, ensuring proper hygiene and nutrition practices. Prepare the environment for rest time, arranging beds and supervising nap time, ensuring children's comfort and tranquility. Receive and hand over children in the teacher's absence, guaranteeing a welcoming, safe experience and appropriate communication with families. Organize and supervise students' personal belongings (backpacks, jackets, cups, etc.). Perform clothing changes and diaper changes, wash hands and mouths, and accompany children to the bathroom as needed. Support the teacher in pedagogical activities, contributing to children's holistic development. Collaborate in maintaining a harmonious, cheerful, and learning-conducive environment. Safeguard children's physical and emotional well-being, observing and reporting relevant behaviors to the pedagogical team.
